Using the pipette from about 1/16" (2mm) above the scatters, empty the entire pipette onto the scatters (slowly so as not to disturb them). You will see the white glue/water mixture spread out rapidly over the scatters. Repeat this step until you can see clearly a small amount of white/grey on all areas of the scatter.
