Step 1: Before the glue from the previous stage has dried, sprinkle on a thin final layer of scatter [You can add varying colours of scatter to the grassland]. This layer will soak up some of the glue from before and stick itself to the layout.

And there you have it. Leave for 24 hours to fully dry, and you will have one well scattered, realistic area
